After read a post made by Peaches saying that there would be a buy/trade/sell section when the new forum comes I though I would suggest middle men for this section.

If you don't know what a middle man does, they normally receive both ends of the deal at once so for example:

Dark Slipstream wants to trade with xXxStevenxXx.

xXxStevenxXx would see me (the middle man) the money.
Dark Slipstream would then send me the program.
When i recieve both of the items I would then send Steven the program and Dark the money.


For trades where that can't be done let just do checks on both users to make sure the trade is being done correct.

but with your example comes a problem, in your example the middle man would be getting what the other person had to pay for for free.

In my opinion and experiences, I only spend money on ebay, no other sites =/

Yeah, middle men aren't usually used for programs so it wasn't really a good example.

Middlemen are free on like every single trading site out there. Why would someone pay when I'm sure people will do it for free.

agreed. definatly no charge for the middle man because its stupid when will definatly do for free. otherwise i think its a great idea
